Formal and informal address.  On page 1 of the text book, you learned that German has two forms of address, formal and informal.  In the following situations, decide whether formal or informal address would be best.  Would you say „wie heißt du“ (informal) or „wie heißen Sie“ (formal) when first meeting these people?
