Not all feedback needs to be individualized! Particularly the types of micro-adjusting feedback that we tend to offer in the classroom, as a response to an in-class activity or after reading drafts.

Consider situations in which you might choose to give responses to students in groups. There are a lot of forms that could take. Here are just a few ideas:

a "letter to class" written as an announcement in Canvas or filmed as a video, giving two or three big notes in response to students' performance on a small assignment
beginning a Zoom call with a few comments about the class's performance one an assignment, with next steps and suggestions
choosing student work to highlight (anonymously or with the permission of the student): choose an excerpt of successful student work and, in a Zoom call or a video lesson, give it feedback / use it as a way to help students see how to revise their work
in a discussion post, write feedback in public replies to some students and direct all students to read that public feedback
- you might choose student replies that fall into certain categories of successes/difficulties students had with the assignment
- you might keep a list of your students and work through them in order so over the course of your assignments, all students get equal amounts of individualized feedback
