Dealing with test anxiety

Many students struggle to think clearly during an exam. If you would like to learn how to better control this overwhelming physiological response, please check out the resources below.

1. The UCI Counseling Center offers free short-term therapy on any topic including test anxiety. You meet with someone for an initial assessment and then are assigned a therapist for several sessions at a time that works for you. Call (949) 824-6457 to make an appointment.
