📊 Week 4 Reading and Lecture Review Quiz

Instruction's Instructions:

1.  Modify the quiz settings below

   • Quiz type: Is this a quiz or a survey (no correct answer)? Is it a graded assessment?

   • Time Limit: Is this a timed quiz or survey?

   • Multiple attempts: Do you only allow students to take it once?

   • Reveal answers after submission: Do you want the students to view the correct answer immediately?

   • Passcode: If this is a proctored quiz with Examity or ProctorU, you will need to setup a passcode and provided it to proctoring vendor (NOT the students).

   • Due date: adjust the due date for quiz submission.

   • Start/closing Date: set the dates if you only want this quiz to be available within a certain time period. If that is the case, no one can take the quiz before or after the period.

2. Click on the "Questions" tab above the quiz title box, and add the questions one at a time

   • Click on the "+ New Question" icon to start add a quiz question

   • Don't forget to give the points to each questions

   • Click on the "Update Question" icon after  save the question in the quiz. (Do NOT click on 'Save" before update the question)

• Or Create "Questions Bank" to Store your questions and random the questions of each weekly quize.
