Welcome to my Eportfolio. My name is Kevin. I am a first year biological sciences major here at UCI.

Reflective Introduction: This is where I reflect on Writing 39B and include specifics of how I developed into a stronger academic writer.

Metacognitive Introduction: Here, you can find my metacognitive introduction, where I reflect on the process of framing quotations within different assignments, such as in my rhetorical analysis, "Murder, Mystery" paragraph, and rhetoric in practice essay.

"Red Wind" Reflection: One of our assignments was to create an online review for "Red Wind." In this section, you can find my review and details on certain elements of the project and whether they were effective in reaching an audience.

Rhetorical Analysis: My rhetorical analysis essay can be found here, as well as details on specific parts of my essay that were either effective in ineffective.

Rhetoric in Practice Drafting: Here, I show the development of my RIP project and specific rhetorical moves that effectively relate noir to a specific audience. The first and final draft of my RIP can also be found here.

Rhetoric in Practice Essay Analysis: We also wrote an essay reflecting on our RIP projects, which can be found here. Within this section, I also reflect on components of the essay that were both effective and ineffective.

Curated Artifacts: This shows several small, but important assignments that helped me learn to analyze quotes and write a thesis.
