In my RIP gender analysis, there were certain areas where I fixed the mistakes I made on previous assignments, like punctuation, but there were still some errors which I would have liked to have corrected if I could submit my assignment again. An improvement I demonstrated in this assignment was that I incorporated sources that supported my argument. I included articles like “The effects of heroin in the human and “Top 30 most popular celebrity news websites”. These sources increased my credibility because it demonstrated that I had researched my audience and topic. Another strength which was portrayed in this assignment was that I provided the type of visual images I was planning to use on my RIP project. I showed the class the rotten teeth of a heroin addict and described them how I was planning to use that visual image to convey my message. An improvement which I could have made was providing a greater amount of information regarding my RIP project. Even though I covered the main point which the assignment was about, like message, genre, purpose, and audience, I could have explained more in depth how I was planning to do my project in order to receive more feedback from my peers, and have a better understanding of my project. By analyzing my mistakes as well as strengths from this passed assignment, it has improved my critical as well as analytical skills to efficiently analyze and pursue an audience and become a stronger writer.

You can rename any section by clicking on the icon that appears, rearrange sections by clicking and dragging them, or delete sections by clicking the icon.

Content is divided into subsections, which each have a dotted border. You can delete or edit the contents of a subsection by clicking the or icons at the top right corner of the subsection.
To add new subsections, find and click the type of content you want to add in the options list on the right side of the page (show me).
To change the settings for your ePortfolio, click the "ePortfolio Settings" link (show me). You can rename the portfolio and also change whether it is public or private. Private portfolios are only visible to those to whom you grant access.
