This is my final draft for my CP project. I was quite proud of this assignment when I turned it in because of how much research and time I devoted to crafting this paper. My CP had started out with a very broad topic, sexual harassment and general harassment, and slowly, as I researched more and gained more feedback from my peers and the professor, my topic settled on general aggression as a result of video games. I've never had such radical change in topic or the structure of my paper in any class prior to this one and I think I managed to make the transition between topics relatively smoothly. If you compare this final draft with my first draft, I think you'll see a big difference in how my history section for both papers is delivered. For the first draft, I remember I tried to give a brief history of violent video games in general whereas in this final draft, I tried to consider the history of violent video games AND their relationship with society and politics. This goes back to the revision section of my reflective introduction where I state that my critical mindset has evolved while in this class; talking only about violent video games does not serve very much of a purpose for both the persuasiveness of the CP itself and setting up the AP but discussing violent video games and its relationship to other elements does.

Kind of like a sculptor making a sculpture; my CP started from a slab of stone but I slowly chiseled and revised it down to a more refined state.
