The Rhetorical analysis essay was a nice way to demonstrate my understanding of the Neverending Story and also gave me a better taste of university expectations regarding writing. It helped take all the mini-assignments that I had done for the class along with the discussions and combine them into an essay.  It also helped me understand how to effectively use my time and how to write more effectively within a time crunch.  The way we went from Rough Draft, to peer reviewing other peoples' essays, then reading our reviews for own essay, and then into a final draft help provide a better structure for how I should write future essays.  When I put this essay into perspective with RIP project, it also showed me how different works of writing provide different amounts of time to write.  

This essay helped me understand how to organize my writing better, and the professor's comments on my rough draft helped shape my final draft immensely.  It also showed me that when it comes to writing, I need to have things organized, or if not, I can organize at a later time as a revision. From this essay I've also noticed that once I get a rough draft done, with all my ideas being an un-organized mess at times, it is difficult to organize, sift through, and fine-tune it in a short period of time.  That is why for future essays, I plan to be more organized from the start, so it is easier to have more quality revisions later.  Below I have uploaded my RA Essay.
