Though as far as I considered this is not the best draft for me, I consider this paper to be the most critical one among all those I ever wrote. From Rankine's passage, I learned the writing technique that most suits me--"vignette". Simply by breaking the passage into several stories that linked to each other, it would convey a strong thesis or idea even without stating it. Thankfully, due to McKeithen's second-person perspective, as well as a prolonged time that broke this essay into three parts, I was able to use such extra time to comprehensively brainstorm and construct my final event, which is complicated and incredibly long, about how I give up my artist career, and how I continued on it.

For this passage, I used three sections to identify my shifts of mind, where first I was confused when my efforts and ambitions were not accepted by anyone surrounding me, then, though Mable, I realized I should ignore my surroundings and insist on my goal. In addition, within this passage, I combined Singer's analogy technique with McKeithen's (which expresses emotions from minor details), expressed a heart falling expression of mind, which I first depressed and recovered as the plot flows. For instance, when I describe my emotions when I saw my works in the trash can, I wrote " nothing but faintness has taken over your body as if your heart was gone, buried under the bottom of the can since yesterday" for these words, I used buried to perfect fit with the mood I had, also indirectly indicates that "I buried my art career" as well.

Overall, I reveal the ambivalence that "I wanted to draw but others don't", which causes my exhaustion and confusion, mixed with regrets and faintness, that served as a perfect prototype for my final paper, "What is your truth."

(since this one is similar with the final paper, I would described more content related to my truth with that paper together)
