Genre Analysis Project

Overall I feel like I did a good job on the Genre Analysis Project. I was very proud of my thesis as I got good feedback from both my Professor and my peer reviewer.  My thesis:

"Although she does need saving in the end, due to her overwhelming curiosity, Bluebeard’s wife in Perrault’s, Bluebeard, discovers and demolishes the cycle of violence created by her husband, becoming an empowering figure for herself and women around her. "

Professor Ahmadkhani: "Good! Direct thesis here"
Peer Editor: "Great thesis, maybe try to bring it out more by adding a sentence or two"
(for some reason the screenshots were blank so I had to type out the comments)

My rough draft and final draft were very similar. I had minimal changes other than adding many quotes and the conclusion. My rough draft hardly had any quotes from the text but Professor Ahmadkhani reminded me to add more.

"Make sure to add more quotations from the text itself in order to show textual examples"

I am very proud of my final draft of the GAP because I feel that I got my point across very well.
