AP Draft 2 Reflection

Moving from draft on to draft two, I feel that I have made significant progress but I still have revisions to make. In draft 2, I added much more evidence, counterarguments, and a simple conclusion to start. So far,  my counterarguments are very superficial and I need to work on making them more concrete and provide more tangible evidence to support them. I also added a rebuttal to my two counterarguments, but I need to make them stronger and make a major concession. After giving my presentation, I realized that I need to make a major concession about immigration and the possible new policies that could be put in place under the new president-elect. I had thought about this before, but never addressed it in my paper or in my presentation. When I first began writing my paper I didn't think I would have to address this issue, and my solutions would be more feasible, but the results of the  election have changed the feasibility of my solutions and the overall topic of my paper. Now I need to work on conceding several aspects of my paper and the possibility that neither of my solutions may work, but they may help alleviate some part of the problem, at least until the new president takes office.
