By embedding images in the textbox or uploading files, upload here two pictures. Each picture is a page of Barbara Holland's Endangered Pleasures that contains notes you have taken in the margins about the rhetorical devices listed in the "Spring" section of "7 Th Classwork" (nouns, verbs, sentence structures, sounds, etc.):

1) pg. 70 (from "Spring")

2) pg. 147 (from "Disasters")

Note: you can take notes in digital format if needed.

This assignment covers two bases:

1) It ensures you have this indispensable tool of a good writer: good reading. In this case, that means you have a copy of the masterful Barbara Holland's Endangered Pleasures. And that you can mark it up as you read it (because good writers do ACTIVE READING, at least some of the time).

2) It ensures you didn't let your peers read "Spring" for you. Group Work is supposed to help you learn more through collaboration and conversation, not less through doing 1/5 of the work!
